SHIPPING COSTS
Please check the shipping costs table below.

- Italy: the shipping costs are € 7.
Free Shipping over € 500.

- Europe: the shipping costs are € 15.
Free Shipping over € 500.

- United Kindgom and Switzerland: the shipping costs are € 30.

- Extra CEE: for orders delivered to destination countries outside the European Union Member Countries, the relative Shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped using a trusted Officine Creative delivery service. Your order should arrive approximately 1-3 business days after shipping (Monday through Friday). Only express shipping is available for all orders.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once the merchandise has left our warehouse and is on the way to you. In addition we cannot process an order where a P.O. box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarder address is given as the delivery address.

All orders are processed in EURO (EUR, €).

TAXES AND DUTIES

All taxes and duties are included for the following countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order (Delivery Duty Paid – DDP).

For all the other non-EU countries, excluded from the list above the shipping is "delivery duty unpaid" (DDU), therefore any local sales taxes or customs duties at delivery. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on Officine Creative. Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties charged directly to the customer cannot be refunded if the items are returned.

DOCUMENTATION
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation (with tax/fiscal pourpose) declaring the value of the merchandise.

V.A.T.
All prices on our website include V.A.T .where applicable, as well as any charges of applicable sales tax in the country of delivery. Rates vary by country but our prices remain unchanged due to various supply chain factors.
