VALIDITY

 

The Officine Creative Digital Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Upon expiry, any remaining balance will be cancelled and is non-refundable.

 

FORMAT AND DELIVERY

The Gift Card is exclusively digital and provides a credit equal to its purchased value. It is an intangible product, delivered electronically immediately after order confirmation, via email containing a unique alphanumeric code redeemable on the official online store and in the Milano retail store. It is sent by email to the purchaser and, in the case of a gift, to the nominated recipient. If a future delivery date is selected, the email will be sent on that date; otherwise, it is sent immediately after order confirmation.

 

USE AND FUNCTIONALITY

The Gift Card can be used online on the Officine Creative website in eligible countries and in the Milano store at Via Cusani 7. It is multi-use: the same code may be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully redeemed. It can be combined with other payment methods (split payment). If the balance is sufficient, the order will be paid in full with the Gift Card; if insufficient, the remaining amount will be charged to an alternative payment method. The balance is updated automatically after each use and shown in the order summary email. Once the balance reaches €0, the Gift Card can no longer be used.

 

LIMITATIONS

The Gift Card is non-exchangeable for cash, does not entitle the holder to change, is non-reloadable and non-refundable. It is excluded from discounts and promotional offers and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. No physical delivery is provided: the Gift Card is only available in digital format and may also be presented in-store in Milan.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PAID WITH A GIFT CARD

For returns of orders paid entirely with a Gift Card, the amount will be re-credited to the same Gift Card used for the purchase. For split payments, refunds will first be issued to the alternative payment method, with any remaining balance credited back to the original Gift Card, in accordance with the returns policy.

 

TERRITORY, CURRENCIES AND TAXES

The Gift Card can be used in multiple countries in the currencies supported by the website. The purchase of the Gift Card is exempt from VAT/sales tax; duties and taxes apply at the time of purchase of goods paid for with the Gift Card, in accordance with the regulations of the delivery country.

 

SECURITY AND LIABILITY

The Gift Card code enables access to the available balance; it must be kept securely. Officine Creative is not responsible for unauthorised use, loss, theft, or incorrect email address provided at the time of purchase. Officine Creative reserves the right to block or cancel Gift Cards in the event of fraud, suspected abuse, or technical error.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For distance purchases, the right of withdrawal applies within 14 days only if the Gift Card has not been used.
